He Saith that Some time Since he did deliver to Mr Vosine
a Jeweller
Six dimonds and a Garnett to make into a ring
but he does not remember that he Showed the Said Mr
Vosine any more Dimonds at that time
That at in other time he went to ye Said Mr Vosine to
have his Judgment of An [..] Table Dimond wth he Sayes
was a thick fowle Stone of about Six graines & desireing
to match it for a Gentleman
but refuseth to tell his name
& Since sayes it was for his own use being demanded where
he had the Said Stones he refuseth to tell Saying that he can=
=not tell neither will hee & likewise refuseth to tell to
whom he hath disposed them he Saith that he hath a
house on Saffron hill
at ye Signe of ye Diall
& that he
hath had it Twelve months & payes above five pounds panne
