To all Constables Headburroughs and other their Majesties
Officers and Ministers within the County aforesaid, and to
every of them, whom it may Concern.

THese are in their Majesties Names Streightly to Charge and Com-
mand you forthwith upon fight hereof, to bring before us and
others their Majesties Justices of the Peace , of the County aforesaid, at
theSessions of Peace now holden at Hickshall in St
John Street in and for the said County the Body of
John Graves< no role > and Anthony Graves< no role > This name instance is in set 4827. to answer the
Complaint of Sara Graves< no role > wife of the said Anthony for refuseing
to allow her maintenance & suffering her to wander abt the streets
(if the Court be there then sitting) or (if not) before Us or some
others of their Majesties Justices of the Peace of the same County to
find Sufficient Sureties for their personal Appearance at this present
Sessions to answer the same, and all other such Matters, as on their
Majesties behalf shall be objected against them And if they cannot
be taken before the end of this present Sessions: That then so soon after
as they shall be taken you bring, or cause them to be brought before
Us, or some others of their Majesties Justices of the Peace of the
said county, to find Sufficient Sureties for their personal Ap-
pearance at the nextSessions of Peace, to be holden
at the said County to answer as aforesaid, and further to be dealt
that accordingly to Justice, hereof you are not to fail as your Peril,
[..] in open Court at Hickshall aforesaid this
