July 1800.

The several District Surveyors appointed to
Survey buildings and Party Walls in this County
attended this Court in pursuance of the Order
made in April Session last to Answer for their
neglect in not causing the Certificate and Affidavits
of the Survey of buildings and party Walls to be filed
with the Clerk of the peace pursuant to the directions
of the Act of Parliament of the 14th.. of his present
Majesty and the Court having heard what they
had to Alledge in the premises Resolved
That the further Consideration of this matter be
postponed till the County Day of the October Session
and that the said Surveyors be required then
to attend.

By adjournment same Day.

The following Report of the Prison Committee
being laid before this Court and Read Vizt..

"Middlesex ;

To His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex in their General
Quarter Session of the peace held for the said County
(by adjournment.) on Thursday the Tenth day of
July 1800. Assembled.

The Report of the Committee appointed
to Enquire into the Receipt and
Expenditure of the Butchers Meat
and other Articles provided for the
Prisoners in the House of Correction
and Also to Inspect the General
concerns of the Prisons belonging to
this County.
