A Bill of the said Samuel Newport< no role > for necessaries
delivered by him for the Sick Prisoners in the
said Prison from the 20th.. day of October last to
the 1st.. day of April Inst. amounting to} £4..15s..1d

A Bill of Joseph Pope< no role > for Carpenters work
Etc. done by him in the Repair of Baber Bridge
in this County in the Year 1798. amounting to} £203..2s..2¾d
£1539.. .. 9¾d

That the whole of these Demands amount to
the sum of £1539..0s..9¾d. and the Charges in the
said several Bills and Demands appearing to Your
Committee to be just and true It Is their Opinion that
the same ought forthwith to be Paid. -

All which the Committee Submit

Resolved That the said Report be received and
Confirmed and that the Clerk of the peace do issue the
usual Orders upon the County Treasurer for the payment
of the several sums therein mentioned amounting
together to the sum of £1539..0s..9¾d.

The Election of a Surveyor for the Parishes of
Saint Mary Stratford Bow Saint John at Hackney .
and Saint Matthew Bethnal Green in this County
in the stead of John Wilmot< no role > Deceased coming on this
Day pursuant to the Order of the last Session and Henry
Leroux< no role > , Samuel Page< no role > and William Jupp< no role > having
offered themselves as Candidates to succeed to that
Office the Court proceeded to a Ballot and the Ballot
being Closed it appeared that 145. of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace for this County had ballotted and
that 63. had Ballotted for the said Henry Leroux< no role > . 46. for
the said Samuel Page< no role > and 36. for the said William Jupp< no role >
Whereupon the said Henry Leroux< no role > was declared
