Middlesex

At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of
our Lord the King holden in and for the County
of Middlesex at the Session House for the said
County (by adjournment) on Thursday the first
day of May in the Thirty fourth year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great

The Committee for Building the House of Correction having
informed the Court that it would not be practicable to raise
£12,000 on Tontine at £4½ P Cent as proposed Resolved
that £5 P Cent be offered to the Subscribers and that the same
be Advertized for accordingly.

By Adjournment same day.

A Report from the Committee appointed to consider of the
Appointment of Officers and of adopting Regulations for the
Government of the New House of Correction being laid before the
Court by Dr. Glasse and read. Resolved that the consideration
of the same be Adjourned to the next Session.

By Adjournment same day.

The County Treasurer having laid before the Court a
Memorial requesting a Compensation for extra Service as follows
Vizt.
