The Poor or any of them so refusing or neglecting to pay the same as
aforesaid by Warrant under the Hands and Seals of two or more
Justices of the Peace of the said County residing in or near such
Town Parish or Place rendering the overplus (if any there be) after
deducting the Money assessed and the Charges of the Distress and
Sale to the Owner or Owners thereof and the High Constables
Churchwardens Chapelwardens and Overseers of the poor in the said
County are not to fail of performing the matters and things above
mentioned enjoined them by this Order in pursuance of the said
Act of Parliament under the Penalties mentioned in the said Act.

By Adjournment same day.

Ordered, That the Keeper of the House of Correction
do keep the Prisoners in the House of Correction at Cold Bath fields
seperate and apart from each other.

That the Prisoners in Execution do have the usual Allowance
of Bread Cheese and Water.

That no Person be admitted to the Prisoners in the House of
Correction without an Order signed by two Magistrates for that
purpose in the presence of the Keeper.

That the Prisoners be searched and that all Knives and
Implements found upon them be taken from them until they are
discharged out of Custody.

That one of Mr. Harwoods Servants do Keep the outer Gate.

That no more than Three Persons be let out at a time.

The Death of Mr John Davis< no role > late Surgeon and Apothecary at
New Prison and the House of Correction at Clerkenwell being stated to
the Court.

Resolved that Mr. Philip Christal< no role > do attend the Prisoners
in the said Prisons as Surgeon and Apothecary until the next Session.
