And the said Committee further Report

That in pursuance of the Referrence to them made they
have Examined the annexed Accounts of Mr Richard Akerman< no role > This name instance is in set 4413. Keeper
of his Majestys Gaol of Newgate amounting to the Sum of £205..6..8½
which having been Sworn to by the said Richard Akerman< no role > and
appearing to your Committee to be fair and just Your Committee
recommend that the same be paid.

That the whole of these Demands amount to the Sum of
£981..7..9 and the Charges in the said several Bills and Demands
appearing to your Committee to be just and true It is their Opinion
that the same ought forthwith to be paid

All which the Committee Submit Etc.

Middlesex An Account of the Names of the Offenders who have
been Convicted at the several Sessions of the Delivery of the Gaol of
Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex at Justice Hall in the Old
Bailey within the Suburbs of the City of London and at the Sessions of the
Peace holden in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster in the said
County of Middlesex and who were ordered by the Court at the said
respective Sessions to be Transported beyond the Seas and which said
Offenders where thereupon confined in he said Gaol of Newgate under the
Custody of Richard Akerman< no role > the Keeper thereof and were afterwards
removed from the said Gaol and conveyed by the said Richard Akerman< no role >
on Board the several Ships or Vessels at the several places herein after
mentioned in order to be Transported in pursuance of an Act of Parliament
passed in the Twenty fourth Year of His present Majestys Reign entitled
"An Act for the effectual Transportation of Felons and to authorize the
"Removal or Prisoners in certain cases." and for other purposes therein
mentioned on the several days following as appears by certain Receipts
under the Hands of the Owners of the said several Ships and Vessels
Vizt.

Delivered on Board the Ship Ketty lying at Deptford the
31st. day of January 1792.
