April 1791.

Division or District in which such Town Parish and Place so assessed doth
lie he is by the said Act of Parliament empowered and is hereby required to
levy the same by Distress and Sale of the Goods and Chattels of such
Churchwardens Chapelwardens or Overseers of the Poor or any of them so
refusing or Neglecting to pay the same as aforesaid by Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of two or more Justices of the Peace of the said County residing
in or near such Town Parish of Place rendering the overplus (if any there be)
after deducting the Money assessed and the Charges of the Distress and Sale to
the Owner or Owners thereof and the High Constables Churchwardens Chapel
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor in the said County are not to foul of
performing the matters and things abovementioned enjoyed them by this Order
in pursuance of the said Act of Parliament under the Penalties mentioned in
the said Act.

It being represented to this Court that Mr Thomas Dade late
Surveyor of the District of Saint Georges in the East and Saint Botolph
without Aldgate under the Act of Parliament for the further and better
Regulation of Buildings and Party Watts Etc. was dead, and the
Appointment of a Person to Execute that Office being in His Majestys Justices
of the Peace for this County Resolved that the Election of a proper
Person to succeed to the said Vacant Office of Surveyor be held on Thursday
the 5th. day of May next and that the said Election be by Ballot to
commence at Ten o Clock in the forenoon and close at Two o Clock in the
Afternoon of the same day, and that Notice thereof be given by Advertizement.
