By adjournment same day

Mr Burchell the County Treasurer having complained of Robert
Jones the High Constable for Westminster being considerably in Arrear
for the County Rate. Ordered that the said Robert Jones< no role > do on
Monday next the Twentieth day of January Instant attend the Court here
and deliver an Account of what Sum or Sums of Money he hath collected
from the several Parishes and Places and within the said Division in
pursuance of the Precept to the said Robert Jones< no role > directed and delivered
for that purpose upon or by virtue of the General Rate or Assessment for
the purposes of the said County made by His Majestys Justices of the
Peace for this County in their General Quarter Session of the Peace
Assembled on the twenty fifth day of July last agreeable to the Statute in
that case made and provided and pay into the Hands of the said Joseph
Burchell
< no role > Gents Treasurer of the said County the Balance remaining in
his Hands upon the said Account and that the said Robert Jones< no role > do at
the same time deliver in an Account of what Sum or Sums of Money
remain due or uncollected upon the said General Rate or Assessment and
from what respective Parish or Peace within the same Division the same
shall be so due
