to consider of the most proper measures to be pursued for the purpose
of carrying the same into execution and that the said Committee be
invested with Power to carry the same into execution and to make such
Alterations therein as they shall think proper and necessary.

The following Report of The Committee appointed to meet the
Magistrates acting in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster to
Examine into and audit the Accounts of Joseph Stocken< no role > respecting his
Collectorship of the Tolls of the Haymarket Etc being Read in the
following Words Vizt.

"To His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in Session assembled

The Report of the Committee appointed to meet the
Magistrates acting in and for the City and Liberty of
Westminster to Examine into and audit the Accots. of
Joseph Stocken< no role > respecting his Collectorship of the Tolls of
the Haymarket and to consider whether it would be expedient
and for the Interest of the County to remove the said Joseph
Stocken< no role > from his Office of Collector and to let the Tolls for
the most Money that can be got for the same.

said Order of Reference to them made they did meet a Commee of the
Magistrates acting in and for the said City and Liberty of Westminster to
Examine and audit the Accounts of the said Joseph Stocken< no role > and to consider
the several other matters to them referred.
