It was Moved and Seconded, That the said Report be
Received and Confirmed which was Resolved Unanimously in the Affirmative

It was also Moved and Seconded, That it be referred to
the Committee already appointed to consider the Representation of the Grand Jury
to carry the said Report into Execution which was also Resolved Unanimously
in the Affirmative.
