And your said Committee further Report That having
referred the said several Bills of Joseph Wood< no role > , Jeremiah Williamson< no role > , and
John Severn< no role > to Mr. Hall the House Keeper at the Sessions house, to Mr. Harwood
the Governor of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell , and to Mr. Newport the
Keeper of the New Prison to Examine whether the several Works charged in
the said Bills respectively to have been done at the several Buildings under
their care respectively, and they having severally Certified that the same had
been duly performed Your Committee Are of Opinion that the said several
Bills should be paid. And Your Committee Further Report
That they have Examined and Compared the Allegations contained in the
Petition of William Watherston< no role > the Baker with the Assize of Bread during the
Period mentioned in the said Petition, and also with the Quantity of Bread by
him delivered to the Prisoners, which appearing to Your Committee to be true as
stated in the Petition Your Committee Are of Opinion that the Sum of
£7..15s..5d appears to be due to the said William Watherston< no role > upon the Terms
of his Contract

All which the Committee Submit Etc

Resolved that the said Report be received and confirmed and that the
Clerk of the Peace do forthwith Issue the several Orders upon the Treasurer of this
County for Payment of the several Sums therein mentioned amounting to
£286..0s..6d. And It is Further Ordered That he Clerk of the
Peace do also issue an order upon the County Treasurer for the Payment of
the Sum of £7..15s..5d to William Watherston< no role > the Baker in the said Report
particularly mentioned.

By adjournment same day

Resolved That William Watherston< no role > be permitted to serve the Prisoners
in New Prison at Clerkenwell and the House of Correction there with
Bread until the County day of the next Session.
