This Court having taken into Consideration the Complaints
against Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. the Contractor for conveying Vagrants in thro'
and out of this County respecting the Death of one Jane Hill< no role > Osbaldiston
vagrant while in his Custody and having heard what Mr Adams
had to alledge in his defence as also the Evidence of two Persons
produced by the said Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. and it appearing that the
said Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. has been guilty of great Neglect and In attention
in the Premises and it also appearing that the said Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591.
hath been guilty of great Negligence to other Vagrants Committed to
his Cace Resolved that he be publickly Reprimanded in Open
Court the same.

And it is Ordered that the said Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. be
directed to provide a Covered Cart with Benches and Straw safe
and commodious for the conveying of Vagrants and that he
provide proper places for the Reception of Vagrants at the Extreme
parts of the County to which he conveys them and that on no
account he presumes to remove any Vagrants who shall appear
to be in such a state of Health that his or her Life may be in
Danger by such Removal.

Whereupon Mr Adams was called in and
the Chairman having Reprimanded him accordingly the above
Order was read unto him as a guide for his Conduct in future
