for the County of

with His Majestys pleasure herein.
"I desire you will be pleased to issue out the usual notices
"for a meeting of His Majestys Justices of the peace
acting in the
"said County to be held on Friday next the 1st. day of November
"at 10 Clock in the Forenoon at the County Sessions House to take
"into consideration the said Letter and to concert such measure
"as shall be necessary to carry effectually into Execution the
"several matters therein recommended.
