By adjournment Same day

Resolved that a Committee be appointed to inspect and methodire
the Accounts of the Treasurer for this County Especially as to those mostly
which Relate to the Militia and that the following Gentleman or
any two of them be such Committee Vizt.

Joseph Haikney< no role > Esqr

And that the said Committee do meet for the first time on Saturday
the 21st. day of Sepr. Instant at the hour of Eleven in the forenoon and
afterwards to meet and adjourn at Pleasure

Resolved that all Accounts of Demands on the County be
delivered to the Clerk of the peace on a before the Thursday beforetimes
the County day of the each Session and to the Chairman on the
Monday following

[mark] It is Ordered that the Keeper of New prison at Clerkenwell and
the Governor of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell do make out
in Writing and [..] at every General and General Quarter Session of the
Peace deliver to the Chairman of the Session as soon as the Court
shall be assembled a List of the Several persons then in Custody with
a view description of the offence or offences and the time for which every
such person was Committee distinguishing particularly those who
are directed by the warrant of Commitment to be kept to hard labour
and also distinguishing the age and Sex of every such person committd.
to hard Labour and in what trade Manufacture a business every such
person hath been employed and what he or she hath been most
accustomed to and is best Qualified for and how such person has behaved
during his or her Confinement according to the best of his Information
and Obasavior
