to the nomination aforesaid be Signed by the Clerk and by him
transmitted to his Majestys Justices of the peace for this County
in their said next Session of the peace to be assembled upon the
said County day

But it appearing that no order of the Court had been made
referring the matter to the said Justices It was moved that it [..]
"an Order of the Court that the nomination of a High Constable
"for Holborn Division be referred to the acting Magistrates of the
"Division and that a return of the different Candidates with the
"number of Votes for each be made to the next Session on the
"County day for the approbation and Election of the Justices then
"present and the Question being put it wasand carried in the affirma [..]
It is Ordered that the nomination of a High Constable for Holborn Division
be referred to the acting Magistrates of that Division and that a Return of the
different Candidates with the number of Votes for each be made to the next
Session on the County day for the Appropation and Election of the Justices then present

Ordered that Thomas Hurford< no role > Gentleman high Constable
within the hundred of Ossulston in the said County of Middlesex
and he is hereby desired to Act as High Constable within that
part of the said Hundred called Holborn Division until a High
Constable for the said last mentioned Division shall be appointed
by the Court

By adjournment Same day

James Clitheroe< no role > Esqr. one of his Majestys Justices
the peace residing near and acting in the Hundred of Isleworth
within this County having informed the Court that John Ham< no role > [..]
Gentleman High Constable of the said Hundred of Isleworth ha [..]
Served that Office for more than Three Years and that now by [..]
of ill health he is no longer able to Execute the said Office It is
Ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recommended to [..]
