Vacated}

It having been this day represented to the Court by St. John Fielding< no role > Kind one of
his Majesties Justices of his Peace for this County then present that it would be
reasonable and proper when any of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for this
County shall apprehend that he hath cause of Complaint against any other of

the County day as hath been usually done This Court being of opinion that
it will be very right and proper so to do Doth hereby recommend it to be
observed from this time forward.
