not vacated.

It having been this day represented to the Court by Sir John Fielding< no role >
Knight one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County then
Present that it would be reasonable and Proper when any of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County shall Apprehend that he
hath Cause of Complaint against any other of the said Justices in any Matter
relating to the Execution of the Commission of the Peace or the
Administration of Justice by Acting contrary to the Rules of the Sessions
First to write or send to Acquaint him or them thereof as probably such
Justice or Justices may be able to give a sufficient and satisfactory
reason for the Conduct complained of or the matter may by that means
be Adjusted and Reconciled in a friendly manner without giving Occasion
for the Sessions to direct a Letter to be Written to such Justice by the Clerk
of the Peace to Dine on the County day as hath been usually done This
Court being of Opinion that it will be very right and proper so to do
Doth hereby recommend it to be Observed from this time forward.
