By Adjournment on Thursday the Tenth of Decemr 1761

To pay I Turner the
Governor of that House
of Corr. £1.0.2.

It is Ordered that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
to pay to Mr John Turner< no role > the Governor of the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell the Sum of twenty Shillings and
two pence in full of his Accounts for Subsistance of
Vagrants to this day And that the receipt of the said
Mr Turner together with this Order, shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Trear for such payment.

To pay F.S. Adams
£2.16.8.

It is Ordered that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
do pay to Mr James Sturges Adams the Sum of Two pounds sixteen
Shillings and eight pence in full of his Account for subsistance
of Vagrants Etc to this Day And that the Receipt of the said
Jas Sturges Adams< no role > togr. with this Order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Trear for such paymt.

of Finchley }

It is Ordered that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Trear of this County to
pay to Robert Jones< no role > Constable of the Parish of Finchley the
Sum of Nineteen Shillings allowed to him for his Trouble
and Expences in passing and Conveying four Vagrants and
that the Receipt of the said Robert Jones< no role > together with
this order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Trear
for such payment.

note the Vouchers sent to Mr Higgs with a Copy of this Order

Salary to his Admx}

It is Ordered that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
do pay to Mrs. Margaret Jones< no role > Wid . Admrx of the goods &
Chells Rights & Credits of Wm. Jones< no role > late Governor or
Keeper of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell Two
pounds three Shillings and eight Pence remaining
in his Hands and due to the Estate of the said Wm Jones< no role >
And that the receipt of the said Widow Jones together
with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the sd.
Treasurer for such payment.
