By Adjournment on Thursday the Tenth day of Decr 1761 .

The Dep Cryer's Bill
to be pd.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay to Mr William Sheldon< no role > Deputy Cryer of this
Court the Sum of three pounds Thirteen Shillings in full of
his Bill for posting Orders in Long Fields Moorfields Stepney &
other places against Sabbath breaking for delivering the Trear
holders Warrants and for posting up orders against Gambling
and unlawful Fairs And that the receipt of the said William
Sheldon together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge
to the Said Treasurer for such payment.

Co. rents

It is Ordered that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this county
do pay to Richard Holmes< no role > Esquire the Sum of Seven Pounds
fourteen Shillings and five pence in full of his Bill for
Bricklayers Work lately performed at Hicks Hall aforesaid
and that the receipt of the said Mrs. Holmes togr.
with this Order shall be a sufficient discharged to these
Treasurer for such payment.

It is Ordered that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Gent . Treasurer of
this County do pay to Richard Holmes< no role > Esqr the Sum of
five pounds thirteen Shillings and five pence in full of his
Bill for Bricklayer's Work lately performed at the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell in this County And that the Receipt
of the said Mr. Holmes together with this Order shall be a
sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such paymt:

Messrs. Jupp.

The like Order as above to pay Messrs Jupp £22..2..2½
for Carpenter's Work done at Hicks Hall out of County
Rents.

The like for another Bill of Six Pounds Seventeen
Shillings and seven pence three farthings for Work
done at the said House of Correction .

pounds for painters Work done at Hicks Hall out
of County Rents.

The like for £2.19.11 for Work done at New Prisons & Bridgewell
