in the Firing throwing or casting of any Squibs Rockets Serpents
Crackers or other fire work into any Publick Street House
Coach Shop Highway Road or Passage Under or the Penalty of
Twenty Shillings or in case of Non. Payment or Disability
of a Month Imprisonment in the House of Correction And
that neither they nor their Children nor Servants do make
give Sell or Utter or expose to sale any Squibs Rockets
Serpents Crackers or other Fireworks or any Cases Months.
or Implements for making thereof Under pain of incurring
the Penalty of five Pounds inflicted by the said Act of Parliament
and it is further Ordered by this Court that in Case any Person
or Persons shall Offend within the said Several Parishes Hamlets
or Places in any of the Particulars above Mentioned in Contempt
of the said Act of Parliament that then the Petty Constables and
Headboroughs of the said Parishes Hamlets and Places
respectively do take and Apprehend such Person or Persons
who shall so Offend and carry him her or them before one
or more of the Justices of the Peace for this County to the
one such Offenders may be brought to Condign Punishment
and Undergo the Penalities mentioned in the said Act of
Parliament And it is hereby recommended to the Several
Justices of the Peace for this County Inhabiting within
the said Several Divisions at their Petty Sessions or
else where to put the said Act of Parliament in Execution
against such Persons as shall Offend against the same
and to give such proper Directions for that Purpose as
they shall think fit unto the said High Constables and
Several Petty Constables and Head boroughs within
their Respective Divisions And is further Ordered by
this Court that this Order be Printed in some of the
Publick News Papers on or before the Nineteenth Instant
