It appearing unto this Court by Affidavit that John Lyle (who was sent to James Rogers< no role >
one of the Constables for the Parish of Enfield in the County of Middx as a Rogue and
Vagabond by a Vagrant Pass under the Hand and Seal of Thomas Plumer< no role > Byde Esqr.
a Justice of the Peace for the County of Hertford to be conveyed to the Parish of St.
Sepulchre in the City of London ) died at the House of the said James Rogers< no role > and that
the said James Rogers< no role > paid and expended in and about the Funeral of the said
John Lyle< no role > the Sum of fourteen Shillings and six pence This Court doth thereupon
Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the said Sum of
fourteen Shillings and Six pence unto the said James Rogers< no role > in full for the
Charge and Expence aforesaid whose Receipt together with this Order shall be
a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

By adjournmt. on Thursday the fifteenth day of July 1756

of the Trophy money in his
hands Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recommended and referred
unto George Errington< no role > Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Stephen Clarke< no role > Esqrs . and such
other Justices of the Peace of this County or any two of them as will please to be
present to meet together at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the said County on
Tuesday the fourteenth day of September next at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon
as a Committee to inspect and examine the Accounts of James Waller< no role > Esquire
late Clerk to the Deputy Lieng tenantsof the peaceof the said County concerning the Trophy money in his
hands which Accounts the said James Waller< no role > is hereby ordered to produce
before the said Committee and the said Committee are desired to make their
Report on the next County day.
