An Account being laid before this Court by Mr. Edward Chandler< no role > of Coffins and Shroud
delivered to Clerkenwell Bridewell in this County for the Buriel of Prisoners who died in
the said Prison from the twenty fifth day of December 1752 inclusive to the twenty sixth day
of November 1755 inclusive amounting in the whole to the Sum of four pounds thirteen
shillings and six pence which he prayeth may be paid unto him And it appearing unto this
Court by Writing under the Hands of George Errington< no role > and Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqrs.
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County that they have examined the
said Account and do allow there is due to the said Edward Chandler< no role > the said Sum of four
pounds thirteen shillings and six pence It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that
Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the said Sum of four pounds thirteen
shillings and six pence unto the said Edward Chandler< no role > in full of his said demand whose
Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Trearer
for such payment.

Paviour for Keeping the
Pavemt. of Brentford Bridge
in repair for one year ending
at Michas 1755.

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Trearer of this County do pay unto
Mr. John Wilkins< no role > Paviour the Sum of nine pounds due to him by Contract for keeping
the Pavement of Brentford Bridge in Repair for one year ending at Michaelmas
One thousand seven hundred and fifty five And that the Receipt of the said John
Wilkins together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Trearer
for such payment.

to pay £1.6s.0p to Mrs.
Susanna Strete< no role >

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Trearer of this County do
pay unto Mrs. Susanna Strete< no role > late Cryer & House Keeper of this Court the Sum
of One pound six shillings allowed for Firing provided by her in the Great Rogan at Hicks Hall
at the several Meetings of the Justices of the Peace concerning the distempered
Cattle and that the Receipt of the said Mrs. Street together with this Order shall
be a sufficient discharge to the said Trearer for such payment.

this present General Session of the Peace holden for the said County do continue
and elect Thomas Lane< no role > Esquire to be Chairman of the General Quarter and
General Sessions of the peace to be holden for the same County between Easter
One thousand seven hundred and fifty six and Michaelmas then next following
and do give Thanks to the said Mr. Lane for the great services by him done
to the said County in the publick Administration of Justice.
