By Adjournment on Thursday the 5th. day of December 1754 .

Order for Mr. Higgs
Treasurer to pay 24:0:6
for Paviours Work done at
New Prison at Clerkenwell }

A Bill of Mr. Thos. Munday Paviour having been produced before this
Court for Paviours Work done at New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County
Amounting to the Sum of Twenty four pounds and Six pence And it
appearing to this Court that the said Bill hath been Examined and
Settled by Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . One of his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the said County It is Ordered by this Court That Mr. John
Higgs Treasurer of this County do pay the said Sum of Twenty four
pounds and Six pence out of the County Rate Money unto the said
Thos. Munday in full of his sd. Bill whose receipt together with this
Order shall be a Sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such
payment.

to Mr. Wainwright for Smiths
Work done at Clerkenwell
Bridewell }

A Bill of Mr. Charles Wainwright< no role > Smith having been produced before
this Court for Smiths Work by him done at the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell in this County Amounting to the Sum of One pound and
Six pence And it appearing to this Court that the said Bill hath been
examined and Settled by Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . One of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the sd. County It is Ordered by this
Court That Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the sd. Sum
of One pound and Six pence out of the County Stock unto the sd. Charles
Wainwright in full of his sd. Bill whose receipt together with this Order
shall be a Sufficient discharge to the sd. Treasurer for such Payment.

And it appearing to this Court that the said Bill hath been examined and
Settled by Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . One of his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the said County It is Ordered by this Court That Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer
of this County do pay the sd. Sum of two pounds and four pence out of the County
Rate Money unto the said James Biddle< no role > in full of his said Bill whose receipt
together with this Order shall be a Sufficient discharge to the sd. Treasurer for
such payment.
