Esquires and other his majestys Justices of the peace residing within the Hundred
of Spelthorne in this County or any one or any of them to convene before them the prec [..]
or late parish Officers of the Parish of Feltham and if to examine if any money
was exacted or received by the said Coroner or his Agent of the said respective
Parish Officers or any of them on account of taking an Inquisition on
the ninth day of February last at Feltharn aforesaid upon the death of
a Man unknown And to take an Account in writing of what money
they shall find so received by the said Coroner or his Agent and to attend and
produce such account before a Committee of his Majestys Justices of the
peace in this behalf appointed on Wednesday the sixth day of June next
at ten of the Clock in the forenoon at Hicks hall in St. John Street who
are to Consider further in Case it shall appear that the said Coroner hath
received any money illegally on Account of taking the said Inquisition

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay unto Mr. John Daniel< no role > Deputy Cryer of this Court the Sum of
Three pounds seven Shillings and six pence allowed to him by this
Court upon his Bill for his Trouble and pains in putting up in several
Divisions in this County the printed Orders of Sessions for suppressing
unlawful Fairs and for putting up the Printed Orders against throwing
at Cocks and Sabbath Breakers and for delivering printed Orders
for ascertaining the Rates and Allowances for passing and maintains
Vagabonds and against playing at Shittles to each of the High
Constables in this County and also for delivering to each of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace of this County (who had registred) a printed
Book of the Orders of Sessions And that the Receipt of the said
John Daniell< no role > together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge
to the said Treasurer for such Payment

to attend the Committee of
Justices of the Peace
concerning Inquisitions
alledged to be taken before
him on view of dead Bodies}

It is ordered by this Court that Robert Wright< no role > Esqr . one of the Coroners of the
County of Middx do attend the Committee ofJusticeshis Majestys Justices of
Peace for this County to be assembled at Hicks hall in Saint John street in
the said County on Wednesday the sixth day of June next at Ten of the Clock [..]
the Forenoon concerning several Inquisitions alledged to be taken before
him upon view of the Bodies of Persons which lay dead in several Parishes
this County.

of the Haymarket .}

Whereas by an Order made at the General Quarter Session of the Peace holden
the County of Middx by adjournment on Thursday the fourteenth day of January On
thousand seven hundred and thirty it is therein mentioned That in Consider at
that John Mist< no role > Paviour had well and substantially new paved there main
Part of the Haymarket mentioned in the said Order which was in a ruinous
Condition at his own proper Costs and Charges And that he his executers and a [..]
Administrators should and would in like manner well and substantially re [..]
acciend and maintain such Pavement and also the pavement of the other f [..]
of the Haymarket comprised in and agreed for to be repaired by Articles of
