By Adjournment on Thursday the 28th: Day of February 1750

Order for Mr. Higgs the
Trearer to be allowed
£13.7s.10d. upon his Account
for Disbursments and
Necessary Charges concerning
the Middx part of Chertsea
Bridge being out of repair}

An Account being laid before this Court of Moneys paid
& Expended by Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County on Account
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace of Middlesex viewing the
Middx part of Chertsea Bridge being out of Repair, for two days
Coach hire< no role > , Expences upon the Road, and other Necessary Charges
mentioned in the said Account concerning the said Bridge the
said Account an counting in the Whole to the sum of thirteen
pounds Seven Shillings and ten Pence, which Account Appearing
to this Court to be signed under the hands of George Errington< no role > ,
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > and William Withers< no role > Esqrs . three of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace of this County to Evidence the
truth thereof, It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that the
Said Sum of thirteen Pounds Seven Shillings and ten pence
be allowed to the Said Mr. Higgs upon his Account as Treasurer
of the said County And to deduct the Same Out of the Moneys
in his hands,

By Adjournment On Thursday the 28th. day of February 1750

Order for Mr. Higgs the
Treasurer to pay 9s. to
Mr. John Daniel< no role > the Depty
Cryer for Sumoning Justices
to view Chertsea Bridge.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay unto Mr. John Daniel< no role > Depty Cryer of this
Court the sum of Seven Shillings allowed to him by this Court
for Summoning the Justices of the Peace in the County about
viewing Chertsea Bridge, and for Horsehire and Expences,
And also the sum of two Shillings for sumoning the Justices
of the Peace in Town upon that Occasion, which Sums together
amount to the sum of Nine Shillings, And the Receipt of
the said John Daniel< no role > together with his Order shall be a
Sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.
