Justices of the peace of this County for Settleing the Representation
Against Sr. Samuel Gower< no role > This name instance is in set 3163. Knight a Justice of the peace of the
said County to the right honble. the Lord high Chancellor for the
irregularity and Misdemeanors therein Specifyed in so Skilfull.
and Judicious manner as the said Representation Appears

Sums of money to the
Inspectors of the
Distempred Cattle
in Middx }

An Account of Moneys claymed to be due to the Inspectors appointed to
take care of the distempered Cattle in this County being laid before this Court
Amounting in the whole to the sum of £45.10s. which the said Inspectors pray
may be paid unto them for their Service In which Account It is mentioned
that the respective Sums of Money hereunder Written are due to the said
Inspectors as followeth (to wit)

To Joseph Walker< no role > from the 13th: of October 1750 to
the 12th. of January 1750 being 13 weeks at 20s. a week} £13..0s..0d

Which Sums of Money above mentioned do amount in the whole to the
said sum of forty five pounds and ten Shillings, This Court upon
Perusal of the said Account doth allow of the same, And doth Order.
that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay unto the said
Inspectors respectively the said respective sums of Money above
mentioned written Over against their respective Names And that
the receipts of the said Inspectors respectively together with this
Order shall be sufficient discharges to the said Treasurer for such
respective payments,
