Upon the humble Petition of

Gent
High Constable
within the Hundred of Elthorn
in this County exhibited unto this
Court Setting forth that he is removed out of the Said Hundred
and praying that Some other fit and able Person may be
appointed to Succeed him in his Said Office, This Court
doth appoint Mr.
Thomas Halsey< no role >
an Inhabitant within the
Said Hundred of Elthorn
to be High Constable
within the Said
Hundred in the place
and Stead of the Said
Edward Brooks< no role >
And doth order that the Said
Thomas Halsey< no role >
do forthwith
(after Notice to him given of this Order) attend one of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace of this County residing in or
near the Said Hundred of Elthorn
and forthwith take his
Oath before Such Justice of the Peace for his due execution
of the Office of High Constable
within the Same Hundred
And from and after the time of his having taken Such
Oath the Said

is to Stand also lately
discharged from being High Constable
within the Said
Hundred.
