. being a Quorum of the
Committee of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
of this County in this
behalf appointed by an Order of Sessions of the fifteenth Day of
October last, That
Richard Rush< no role >
High Constable
of South Mims
prays to be paid Money expended by him for Vagrant Passes,
And that the Said Committee having examined into the Premisses
are of Opinion that the Allowances Should be paid to the Said High
Constable
; And Mr. Teshmaker
having prayed that
Richard Russel< no role >
High Constable
of Edmonton
Should be paid the Sum of two Pounds and
Seven Shillings for passing of Vagrants, the Certificates of the Passes
being lost and Mr. Teshmaker
having made it appear to the Committee
that the Vagrants were passed, the Said Committee are of Opinion
that the Said two Pounds and Seven Shillings ought to be paid to the Said

, Whereupon It is Ordered by this Court that Mr.

Treasurer
of this County do pay the Allowances above
mentioned to the Said

, and the Said two Pounds and
Seven Shillings to the Said

respective Receipts together with this Order Shall be Sufficient

for what Moneys he Shall pay to
them respectively in pursuance of this Order.
