A motion being made by John Martin< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties
Justices of the peace for this County That Fifteen Justices of the
peace of the Said County present on the County day of the Sessions
may be a Sufficient Number for the future to Order, direct &
determine the publick busyness relating to this County
on the County day of the Sessions as well as if twenty
Justices were present to doe the Same, It is Ordered by this
Court that the Said Mr. Martin be at Liberty to make Such
motion on the County day of the next General Quarter
Sessions of the peace for this County.

Order touching the
putting up a new Jack
pulley and line in the
kitchen at Hicks hall}

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby recomended
unto Edward Barker< no role > Esqr . this day presideing as Chairman
of this Court to Order and direct a new Jack with a pulley
and line thereto to be putt up in the Kitchen at Hicks hall
in St. John Street in this County in Stead of the Old Jack now
there, (which by the age and wearing of the Same is
almost useless) And this Court doth Order & direct that the
expence of the Said new Jack, Pulley & line and of putting
up the Same be at the charge of this County to be paid by
the General Treasurer thereof by the direction of the
Court.
