A Letter having been Written by the Clerk of the Peace
pursuant to an Order made in July Sessions last unto
John Troughton< no role >
Esquire
one of the Justices of the Peace
of this County to acquaint him that the Justices of the
Peace of the said County desired he would Dine at
Hick's-Hall
on this Seventeenth day of October
Instant at one of the Clock in the afternoon, and
after Dinner give them on Account why he Bayled

Clerkenwell
In breach of the Order of Regulation,
without first Sending to

and James
Harrison
Esquires
two of
his Majesty< no role >
's Justices of
the Peace of this County by whom he had been
Committed thither as a Vagabond for returning
back
in to the Parish of Simbury in this County after
he the said Tomlinson had been from thence legally
passed and conveyed by Vertue of a Warrant under
their Hands and Seales to the Parish of Saint Ann

as the Place of his last legall
Settlement, and the said Mr. Troughton being now
present,

assembled upon hearing of what was alledged by the
said Mr. Harrison and alsoe by the said Mr. Troughton
And upon examination into the paid Matter, are
of Opinion that the said Mr. Harrison hath proved
and made good the aforesaid Charge against the
Said Mr. Troughton, And that he the said Mr.
Troughton hath Misbehaved himself in his
Office of a Justice of the Peace
by his Breach
of the Said Order of Regulation in Manner aforesaid
