Indignity and Affront to this Court and to the
whole Commisson And doth Order that this
Declaration and Resolution be Entred in the
Book of Orders of the Court for and as A
Memoriall of their just Indignation and as a
Mark of Infamyand Reproach to the
Person (whenever he shall be discovered)
who presum'd to offer such an Affront to the
Commission in soe base a manner But Sir

haveing Signified by Letter
under his hand, that his Name was soe
incerted or added without his knowledge
Privity or Consent, this Court rest
Satisfyed therewith and doth not think
fitt to proceed or inquire any further
into this Affaire
