Found resting in the Hands of the said respective
Treasures
and Accomptants or such part thereof
as the Court shall think fit be paid into the hands
of the said Sr. Daniel Dolins< no role >
(whom this Court
doth desire and appoint to be Treasurer of the
same) at such times and in such manner as the
said Committee of Justices or any three of them
shall appoint to be Subject to the Orders of the
Court of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the
Peace for this County touching the disposall
thereof, And It is further Ordered by this Court
that a Committee be appointed at the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden for this
County after Michaelmas Yearly for inspecting
auditing and adjusting the Accounts of the Trears
and other Accomptants Chargeable for the
Moneys by them received for the Use of this County
