of Vagrants for one Quarter of a Year ending at Midsumer last,
And that the receipt of the said Nicholas Ludford< no role > together with
this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Thomas Tones< no role >
for such payment,

Order for giving notice of
Bail to be pre [..] sed for
misoners comitted by the
Court for great Offences, to
the prosecutors before the
Bail be taken}

For preventing of any person or persons from being discharged
out of custody upon insufficient Bail (Who are comitted to prison
by Order of Court for want of Bail to prosecute his her or their
Traverse upon any Judictment or Judictments for any great
or hanious Offence or Misdemeanour or shall be in prison upon
any other comitment of the Court for any great Offence), It is
Ordered by this Court (Nemine contradicente) that no Justice of the
peace of this County shall for the future bail any person or
persons out of prison who are or shall be comitted thither by
Order of Court for any great or hanious Offence or misdemeanour
as aforesaid unless the prosecutor shall first have sufficient
notice given him of the true Christian names Sur Names and
additions of the persons proposed to be Bail and of the time and
place of attending such Justice to late the same, And that it be
incerted in every such Comitment that such sufficient notice
as aforesaid shall be given to the prosecuter before the Bail be
taken.

It is Ordered by this Court that a letter be writ by the Clerk of the peace
of this County and sent to St. Harry Dutton Colt< no role > Bart . one of the Justices
of the peace of the said County to desire him to dine with his Maties
Justices of the peace of this County at Hicks Hall on Monday next
at two of the clock in the afternoon, and after dinner give them an
accompt concerning his bailing Ezekiel Seconde< no role > out Newgate
who was comitted thither by the Court at Hicks Hall the last
Sessions for want of sufficient Sureties for his appearance at this
present Sessions to try his Traverse upon an Indictment against
him for assaulting and dangerously wounding two several
persons, It being alledged that the Bail taken by the said Sr.
Harry Dutton Colt are insufficient.

who was comitted & thither by the Court at Hicks hall the last Sessions
