Vandewall John Baker< no role > John Constantine< no role > Jacob Hagen< no role >
Robert Frame< no role > and Robert Emerson Tennants of part
of the Corporation Work house at Clerkenwell in the
same parish and of the Buildings and Appurtenances
thereunto, belonging other part of the Estate belonging
to this County should from thenceforth respectively pay
their respective Arrears of Rent and accrewing Rents
which then were or should or might thereafter
become due and payable from them or any of them
for and in respect of the said respective Estates from
time to time as the same should become due and
payable unto John Waller< no role > Gent Deputy Closed of the
Peace of this County untill further Order of the Court
of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this
County to the contrary, And that Christopher Seymour< no role >
Gent Housekeeper of the Sessions house called
Hickshall in this County and Cryer of the Generall
and Quarter Sessions of the peace of the said County
should from thenceforth pay his Arreares of Rent &
accrewing yearly Rent of Six Shillings and Eight
pence by him payable for and in respect of Hickshall
aforesaid unto the said John Waller< no role > untill further
Order of the Court of Generall or Quarter Sessions of
the peace for this County to the contrary, Now to
the intent that the clear Annuall Rents of the premisses
may be applyed for refunding and paying back to the said
Trearers such moneys as have been or shall be borrowed
of them for the purposes aforesaid It is Ordered by this
Court that the said John Waller< no role > do from time to time pay
over the severall Sume's of money to be by him received for or
on Accompt of the rents of the said premisses or any part
thereof unto Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > Knt . one of his Majtys. Justices
of the peace for this County Subject to the said Order of
the Ninth day of July last, And that the receipt and
receipts of the said Sr. Daniel Dolins< no role > together with
this present Order shall be a sufficient discharge and
discharges to the said John Waller< no role > for such payments.
