with the care and circumspection that the Nature &
duty thereof doth require, And that the Petr. therefore
being rendred intirely uncapable of Performing the
necessary Dutys of his place prayed this Court
that he may be at Liberty to resign his Office
of Keeper of New Prison , This Court upon
consideracon had of the Premisses Is of Opinion
that his resignacon be accepted and a New Keeper
appointed. And doth thereupon Order that Notice
be given by the Cryer of this Court to the respective
Justices of the Peace of this County that the Court
desires them to meet together at Hicks hall
on Thursday the Fifth day of April next at two
of the Clock in the afternoon to Elect and appoint
Some fit Person to be Keeper of New Prison
aforesaid in the room and place of the Said Gilpin
Markwick,

Walter and Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > Esquires Justices
of the Peace for this County (to whom amongst
others It was referred by Order of Court to Inquire
into the truth of the Complaint of Francis Geary< no role >
against Mrs. Seymour touching her demanding One
hundred and ten pounds per Annum Rent which
he alledgeth he cannot pay for the place of Cryer
of the General and Quarter Sessions of the Peace of
this County Fees of the Court of Sessions at Hicks hall
benefitt accrewing by Licences renewed and other
advantages belonging to the Place of Cryer and
House keeper there, which Place the said Francis
Geary had by Agreement with her formerly enjoyed
