And of what was alledged by the said Refferees in
the presence of the said Thomas Green< no role > It appeared to
this Court that the said Thomas Green< no role > had received of
the said Richard Sellman< no role > upon the Rate made for
Repairing of Brentford Bridge and Chelsea Bridge
in this County the Sume of Twelve pounds Twelve
Shillings and three pence farthing and for Goals
and Hospitalls the Sume of Eight Shillings and
Eight pence And upon the Rate for Maimed Soldiers
and Mariners the further Sume of Two Pounds three
Shillings and four pence amounting in the whole to the
Sume of Fifteen pounds four Shillings and three
pence farthing, for which Severall Sumes he hath
not Accomted to the respective Treasurers of this
County to whom he ought to have answered and paid
the Same, And some of the said Treasurers having
passed their Accounts and being out of Office and
liveing at a great Distance from the said Division
And the said Thomas Green< no role > offering to pay the Moneys
in his hands to such Persons as this Court shall
direct. It is thought fit and Ordered by this Court
that the said Thomas Green< no role > doe forthwith pay unto
Mr. Robert Hardisty< no role > Deputy Clerk of the Peace of this
County the said Severall Sumes amounting to
Fifteen pounds four Shillings and three pence
farthing to be by him paid over to Such Persons
and in such manner as the Court of Generall or
Quarter Sessions shall from time to time direct,
And for such payment the said Mr. Hardistys
Receipt shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the
said Thomas Green< no role > .

P Adjorn Sabti 13 o. die January 1721 .
