These are therefore in His Majesty's Name, to will
and require, and strictly to charge and command you,
that upon Sight hereof you apprehend, and bring be-
fore us, and others His Majesty's Justices at the said
Session, now holden at Justice-Hall , situate in the
Old-Bailey , London , the Bod y of the said Stephen
Bacci
to answer His Majesty of and concerning the Premises,
and to be further dealt with according to Law, and
for your so doing this shall be unto you a sufficient
Warrant: Hereof fail not at your Peril.
