pleaded Not Guilty to an
Indictment preferred and Found in October Session last
For assaulting the abovenamed Mary Mr Carty, and he this
Deponent
was then bound in Recognizance, together
with another Bail, that they should produce the Body
of the said

to traverse and try the
said Indictment this present January Session And
this Deponent
Further saith, that the abovenamed

and For a long time before had been a Servant
to him

hath since absconded From his Service,
