Instant and in the Kitchen on Pair of Stairs were the Prisoners Thomas Honorable
and William North< no role > in Company with the Prisoner Judith Barows other
that there was burning upon the Fire the Box now produced that Informant
Withers said hold of the Prisoner Thomas Edersell< no role > and William North< no role > and
Informant Lyon went into the Room adjoining to the Kitchen and there Found
the Silk, Gauge Coloured Stuff, Cotton Stookings and Waistcoat now Produced
and sworn to by Informants Preston Wettig and Hunt Informant Lyon saith
that when he went into the house he asked the Prisoner Barenes Servant
if his Mistress was within who thereupon called to her and Informant instantly
went up Stars with Withers and saw the saw Judith Barew< no role > the Prisoner [..]
the Land his Place that she was also secured and taken to the Paulting Compter
with the said two other Prisoners

Informant Frederick Wettig< no role > saith that about Christmass 1780
she made the Waistcoat now Produced and sworn to by Informant Winifred
Hunt for [..] Thomas Montoliu Brother to the said Lewis Montolieu< no role > Esquire

[..] Winifred that saith that about five Months ago Richard
Hewlitt
< no role > Servant to Auss Montolieu< no role > told this Informant that the said Thomas
Montolieu and given him the Waistcoat new Produced and sworn to have
been found in the House of the Prisoner Judith Barne< no role > which the said Richard
Hewlitt then put into a Box in the said House of Lewis Montlieu< no role > Esq . Part of which is was Produced as the verily
believes that Hewlitt then locked and corded the Box in the Informant Presence
and a few day afterwards sett off for Scotland with his said mistress where
he hath ever since remained as this Informant verily believes

Informant Ann Prioter further saith that the Box spoken to
by Informant Hunt was left by the said Richard Hewlitt< no role > in the Room
in the said House of Lewis Montolieu< no role > Esquire where this Informant usually
sat in and they Informant saith that she saw it there the Evening of the
third of January Instant
