for Forgery

Robert Christie< no role > of Bartholomew Lane< no role > London Merchants
maketh Oath and Saith that James Bartholomew Master
and Commander of a Ship called the Pensilvania
Pactiet is a Material Witness against the said
Robert Bell< no role > without whose Testimony the said
Robert Bell< no role > must escape Justice And this
Deponent further Saith that the said James
Bartholomew is at present to the best of his
knowledge and belief i the West Indies or
upon the High Seas in his return to England
and this Deponent hath reason to believe
that he shall be able to produce the said
James Bartholomew< no role > to give Evidence at the
next Session of Gaol Delivery to be holden for
the [..] City of London
