mitted a rape upon the body of the said Elizabeth Pollard< no role > , with intent to extort
monies from the said James Wilson< no role > ; and last session referred to the Right Hon< no role > .
the Lord-Mayor for bail; and are secured in Woodstreet -compter.

16 Lewis Lallimon< no role > , standing detained on oath of John Dashecourt< no role > and others, for felo-
niously assaulting him on the highway in the county of Kent , putting him in fear,
and taking from his person a pocket-book, 16 louis d'ors, and some silver,
Also detained on oath of John Dashecourt< no role > and others, for wilfully and maliciously
shooting at him on the highway in the county of Kent , with a pistol loaded with
powder and ball.And also detained on oath of John Dashecourt< no role > and others, for
feloniously assaulting Arabella Wentworth< no role > on the king's highway in the county of
Kent, putting her in fear, and taking from her person a gold watch, 3 gold seals,
a pocket-book, a bill of exchange for payment of 720 livres, and some money.
And last session ordered to be sent to the common gaol of the said county of Kent ;
and is secured in New-prison .

17 Joseph Lallimon< no role > , standing committed by S. Wright, Esq ; on oath of Charles Stringer< no role >
and others, for wilfully, maliciously, and feloniously shooting at him with a pistol
loaded with powder and ball. But on affidavit that the said Charles Stringer cannot
attend to prosecute the said Joseph Lallimon through illness, was last session ordered
to remain, and is secured in Tothillfields-bridewell .

18 Henry King< no role > stands charged, on oath of John Dashecourt< no role > and others, for feloniously
assaulting Arabella Wentworth< no role > on the highway in the county of Kent , putting her
in fear, and taking from her person a gold watch, 3 seals, a pocket-book, a bill of
exchange for payment of 720 livres, Etc.

Also detained on oath of John Dahsecourt< no role > and others, for wilfully, maliciously, and
feloniously shooting at him, on the highway in the county of Kent , with a pistol
loaded with powder and ball.

Also detained on oath of John Dashecourt< no role > and others, for feloniously assaulting him
on the highway in the county of Kent , putting him in fear, and taking from his
person a pocket-book, 16 louisd'ors, and some silver.

Also detained on oath of Charles Stringer< no role > and others, for wilfully, maliciously, and
feloniously shooting at him with a pistol loaded with powder and ball. Was last
session, on affidavit that the said Charles Stringer< no role > could not attend to prosecute the
said Henry King< no role > at that session through illness, ordered to remain till next session;
and is secured in New-Prison .
