The Information of John Smily of White cross
Street London< no role > Brazier Who, being on Oath, saith
that the day on which the Goods of Mr. Malo's were burnt
before his House, the day of the Week he believes to be
Wednesday, he saw George Staples< no role > the prisoner now
made Examination, before the House of the said Mr.
Malo, and saw him put his Hand, to the Rails
before the House as if endeavouring to pull them
down, says there was a great Riot there, and the Rioters was
throwing the things out very fast, and the Goods [..] were then burning
