the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the City of
London and to the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the
said City of London
and the every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London, That Martha Dancey< no role > the Wife of William
Dancey a Soldier in the Middlesex Militia
and her Two Children Vizt William< no role > aged One
Year and upwards and James aged Six Months
are
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtained
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint. We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof as well upon
the Oath of the said Martha as otherwise
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Martha and her said Two
Children
to be in the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in
the said City of London
and that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Martha
and her said Two Children
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals, this 26th Day of March One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy Nine
