Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Ann within Aldersgate
in the said City of London
and the every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint bath been made unto Us, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldersgate
London, That Elizabeth Martha Dunkley aged< no role >
two years and upwards the Daughter of
James Dunkley< no role > by Ann< no role > his Wife both Deceased
is
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtained
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof as well upon
the Oath of [..] Sarah Richards< no role > as otherwise
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Elizabeth Martha
to be in the said Parish of Saint Ann within
Aldersgate in the said City of London
and that thitherto the ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldersgate
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Elizabeth
Martha
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Ann within Aldersgate
And her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for her according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals, this 27th Day of January One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy Nine
