That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Stands and Seals of the Right Honourable

Alderman
two of his Majesty's
Justice of the Peace
for the said City of London
and Liberties thereof (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 13th. day of May 1779

deceased was removed and conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the City of London
to our said Parish of Saint Dunstan in the East as the place of her last
legal Settlement
Your Petitioners therefore conceiving themselves
aggrieved thereby Do humbly Appeal against the said Order or
pass Warrant and Pay that this Court will be pleased to
appoint a day at this present Session of the Peace for the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish Saint
Andrew Holborn and all other Persons concerned to attend this
Court to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of
this Court touching this Appeal
And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
