to hard Labour for the Term of show fears and the said
John Stewart< no role > , Robert Poor< no role > , John Chamberlain< no role > and
Patrick Boyle< no role > be respectively kept to hard Labour for the
Term of James of Far [..] raising Sand, Soil and Gravel from
and cleansing the River Thomas and any other
service for the Benefit of the Navigation of the said
River under the Management and Direction of the
overseer or overseers appointed in pursuance of an
act of Parliament passed in the Sixteenth a years of this
Majestys Reign, intituled an Act to authorize for a
limited time the Punishment of hard labour of
offenders who for certain Primes are or shall become
liable to be Transported to any of His Majesty Colonies
and Plantations. The said Mary Williams< no role > , Ann
Underwood
< no role > , sarah conderess< no role > Ann Harwey< no role > and Margaret
Filtston
< no role > to be repectively kept to hard Labour for the
Term of Three Years in Bridewell . His Majesty had
thereupon been graciously pleased to extend His
Mercy to them on the above Conditions and has
commanded me to signify the same to you that you
do forthwith give the necessary direction for putting
the same in to Execution
