and ordered to be imprisoned for the space of 6 calendar months.

father, Esqrs. in the penalty of £40. and in default of payment to be imprisoned
12 months; ordered to remain on his commitment.

31 Grace Kingsford< no role > , standing committed on suspicion, and detained for feloniously re-
ceiving in the county of Middlesex , from Joseph Saul< no role > and others, a great quantity
of linnen and wearing apparel the property of Edward Reynolds< no role > , Esq ; and Rebecca
Holdsworth
< no role > ; which was feloniously stolen by the said Joseph Saul< no role > and others in
the county of Surry, she the said Grace Kingsford knowing the same to be stolen.
Ordered to remain untill the sessions after the next assizes to be holden for the county
of Surry ; and until, Etc.

32 James Durham< no role > , standing indicted last session for stealing one gelding, price £5. of
William Watkins< no role > ; and also one other gelding, price £6. of the said William
Watkins. But being sick, and incapable to take his trial, ordered to remain.
