Who being severally upon Oath say and first this
Informant John Mill< no role >
for himself saith that
have a Cabinet Maker
& lives in Greek Street
Soho
That on or about the 9th. of March one Levy
Samuel of Jew came to this Informant and [..]
told him if he had [..] time occasion for Money he could
easily accomodate him and urged this Informant very
strongly to let him lend him some Money and often
several applications this Informant agreed to meet
him at the Caroline Coffee House
in Birchin Lane
London That on the 12th. of March this Informant
and the other Informant [..] John Ohin went to the
send Coffee House were they met [..] the said
Levy Samuel< no role >
and they all three went into a
Room up one Pair of Stairs when the said La [..]
Samuel [..] proposed to find this Informant Two hundred
Pounds upon his Notes of One hundred Pound
each payable to the said Levy Samuel or Order
the One four Months after date the other Six
Months after date this Informant accordingly
made and Signed the said two Notes and delivered
them to the said Levy Samuel and expected to
receive Cash for the same Immediately That he
then demanded of this Informant Eight Guineas
which he paid him and which the said Levy Samuel
sayd was taken as a Premium But instead of Cash
