WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Dunstan in the East in the City of
London, ThatElizabeth Hacker< no role > a Single Woman in
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, andislikely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath ofthe said Elizabeth Hackeras otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the saidElizabeth Hacker
to be in the said Parish of Saint George in the East in the
County of Middlesex
and that thithertoshe ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish ofSaintBartholomew the GreatDunstan in the East in the City of
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Elizabeth Hacker
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint George in the East in the County of Middlesex
Andherdeliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide forheraccording to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this14th Day of Novr. One Thousand
